摘要:
以青钱柳采穗圃中3年生母树的当年生嫩枝为试验材料,采用K系生根诱导剂对插穗进行处理,研究不同浓度生根剂处理的插穗在生根过程中不同时期插穗皮部、叶片营养物质含量和SOD酶活性的变化。结果表明: 青钱柳插穗从扦插始期至大量生根期,插穗体内的营养物质含量、SOD酶活性均存在显着差异,其中可溶性糖、淀粉含量均呈‘先升后降再升’模式;可溶性蛋白质含量则呈‘先降后升的V字型’模式;SOD酶活性变化呈‘先升后降’模式,峰值、谷值均出现在大量愈伤期。不同生根剂浓度各处理间的营养物质含量及SOD酶活性均存在显着差异,随着浓度的升高可溶性糖、淀粉含量均呈‘先降后升’模式,谷值出现在600mg/L的浓度,可溶性蛋白质含量呈一直下降趋势,SOD酶活性变化则呈一直上升趋势。
Abstract:
Using the 3-yearold cutting orchard twigs of Cyclocarya paliurus plant as the experimental material, and uses Kseries rooting inducers of treated cuttings, studied the change of hormone, leaf nutrient content and SOD enzyme activitys on which during different periods and different concentrations of rooting hormone in cuttings rooting process.The results show that the nutrients and the SOD activity showed that there were significant differences from the cuttings start to a lot of rooting of cuttings body of C.paliurus cuttings.Wherein the soluble sugar and starch showed 'first and then decreased rises again' mode; the soluble protein content was 'first decreased and then increased' Vshaped mode; but the SOD enzyme activity changes was 'first and then decreased' mode,and the peak,valley values were present in a large number of callus phase.The nutrients and the SOD enzyme activity showed that there were significant differences between different concentrations from low to high concentrations of different rooting hormone concentrations.Wherein the soluble sugar and starch content showed a’first decreased and then increased ' mode, the valley values were present in concentration 600mg/L, the soluble protein content showed a downward trend has been, the SOD activity changes the show has been on the rise
