摘要:
以桂花优良品种‘珍珠彩桂’为试验材料,开展间歇喷雾扦插时生根剂种类、KIBA浓度、扦插基质、插穗木质化程度、扦插季节等因素对扦插生根以及根和新梢生长等的影响研究。结果表明:‘珍珠彩桂’嫩枝间歇喷雾扦插,以KIBA溶液浸泡的插穗成活率最高,较适宜的KIBA处理为用2000mg/L速蘸30s;扦插基质以泥炭土与珍珠岩比例为3∶1或2∶1的为好,可促进生根和根与新梢的生长;插穗以半木质化和刚木质化的成活率较高,比未木质化的插穗提高60%以上,比完全木质化的插穗提高37%以上;扦插季节以5月至9月较为适宜,其成活率比4月和10月的提高50%~60%。采用上述方法进行扦插,成活率可达到93.33%以上,平均生根条数可达到7.05条,平均根长可达7.13cm,2个月后平均新梢长度可以达到4.45cm以上。
Abstract:
The cuttage effects of kinds of rooting agent, KIBA concentration, medium, lignified degree and season on the rooting and the growth of roots and new shoots in cutting plant of Osmanthus fragrans ‘Zhenzhu Caigui’ as experimental material were studied.The results showed that highest rooting rate and appropriage rooting trait were achieved when cuttings were dipped for 30 seconds with 2000mg/L KIBA.The medium mixture of peat∶perlite=3∶1 or 2∶1 could improve rooting and growth of roots and new shoots.The rooting ratio of semilignified and lignified cuttings was 60% and 37% higher than it of nonlignified cuttings and old cuttings.Differences were showed on different cutting season.May to September were the most optimal period for cutting propagation, rooting survival ratio in these seasons was 50%~60% higher than that in April and October.Taking those methods,the average rooting ratio could be 93.33%, the average rooted cuttings of 7.05 adventitious roots with an average length of 7.13cm,and the average length of young sprouts on the cuttings could be 4.45cm 2 months later
